Close

Day 2: A picture of you and the person you've been closest with the longest

This is a tough one for me. I could say my cousin, but we were close when we were younger. Now I'd say its Megan. We've been good friends since I started college... so yeah, 5 years (going on 6) seems like a long time!

typing

Ok, friends, since I've been working on my ten page research paper, I will now write something that doesn't have specific formatting rules, no 12 pt font, double spaced Times New Roman font, and most of all NO APA format citations.

Ahhhh.... to be graduated.

On the bright side, I WILL be graduated in t - minus 38 days. School days that is.

I'm scared. So there's that.

I'm not sure what I'm going to do post-graduation, post-diploma
(because those are two different things).
I want to get a drafting certificate and I'm saving up for the tuition for the tech school.. Unfortunately, my clutch is going out, so no big shopping sprees for me if I want to keep my plans in check.

So, I want to get this certificate so I can continue to build my portfolio so that
this time NEXT year I will have passed the GRE
(basically an ACT/SAT for graduate school)
and be accepted into a program to get a
Masters of Architecture
(said in that loud booming announcer voice).

So, that is my year plan. Its nothing too exciting. I just have to wrap up all thing things I have on my plate.
Education Senator
Student
Employee at the Buglab
Internship
Summer vaca plans
Where to live
Girlfriend (I'm not wrapping that up, though)
etc.
etc.
etc.
I feel like the list could go on. and on. and on.

I like being busy.

Back to real stuff. Ten page paper. I have 5 done, plus some citations, plus cover page, plus a dumb little abstract. Luckily, I only have to have rough draft to be torn apart by my peers and professor tomorrow. So, there's that.

Well, I figured, since my life isn't that exciting, and I spend day after day doing pretty much the same thing, you could get a highlight of my day.... enjoy it? I hope so.
